It was so nice of you to share your family with all of us. We struggle with some of the same issues of getting time with our kids and grandsons (8 & 4) - it becomes more about quality of time spent versus quantity. Facetime is awesome, at least you feel more connected. Tell Colton we LOVE his green John Deere!

I own several homes. I finally retired and getting ready to put my Kenworth t680 and drv mobile suites in da wind across this beloved country . But aint no way id ever sell my sticks n stones. I've been full timing for 6 1/2 years now and am retired, so I move around a lot. I travel back to Washington with my home on wheels every summer to spend time with my kids and grandkids. We face time and phone chats when I'm away. I just got in town yesterday and had my first reunion with three of my grands today, snd caught a t-ball game. It is good for our mental health to see them, indeed. 😊

I love watching you both! Nice you got to fly home see family and go to a concert and graduation and a rodeo. Life doesn’t get any better than that. Your daughters have nice farms. Sad a horse sold. Hey Chicken Foot, are sure that chicken home isn't being built for you to stay in on your next visit? Talking about raising kids city vs country.. both my parents were raised on farms. Moved to the city (Milwaukee, so size like KC), and raised us in the city/suburbs. 2 of us live in suburbs, 2 out farther. 1has an orchard and has become a bee keeper. 1 has a rustic cabin off grid (not main home) 2 miles from nearest utlities. 1 is just a suburbanites and I, the road traveller (work & fun) is building a home base with RV full hookups in the northwoods. Recreational area. So we cycled country, city and back too like your kids.

LOL we try to not have sunglasses on when recording sometimes it is super bright and just not as avoidable. If he puts them on the back of his head at least he might be able to find them when he turns the camera off but it's not a 100% guarantee but then who am I to talk....I couldn't find my phone last week but it's cuz I was talking on it --- dang getting old isn't for the weak.
