I have a weird question, when we move our phone around the home, does our Wifi router have some kind of radar tracking to know where we are in order to do some beamforming stuff ?

Not explicitly, but it does do channel estimation for each of its antennas, based on training data, and that enables the beams to be "formed/steered" in the best directions.
