That's impressive. Definitely a lot of decipline to get those workouts in while attending Harvard.

It's interesting how different the training approaches of the 2 individual champs are

Very true. Valby apparently cross trains like a maniac. Graham's training was a bit surprising but I'm more surprised Valby can do what she does off of so little running.

I like it though, everyone gets so trendy with training (critical velocity, double thresholds etc) it just reminds how individual running really is

John 3:16 For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, so that everyone who believes in him might not perish but might have eternal life (I love you too, not as much as God loves you but I do love you)❤🙏 Just close your eyes and say “Jesus, I don’t have faith in you, please help me believe” Jesus loves you, turn to Him. He loves you so much that He died for you. ❤

Wow, very intense, but it obviously paid off. Hopefully it will continue without injury into the future.

How do they have the brain power to study and energy to do social things with that much training?!

I can assure you that Graham is an excellent student and also has time for a social life in addition to training. If you don't know him, why would you say something like this?
