If I may say Black Ops 1, when it came out in 2010, represented phenomenal value for money amongst other Call of Duty games. It had many new playmodes like Combat Training and Wager Matches, and it was set in a completely new era of the Cold War. It felt fresh and expansive.

This game was the one that got everything right and actually was way more in depth than people give it credit for. The party games with in game currency you can earn, custom emblem design, theatre mode, the depth of the leaderboard systems, the equipment and kill streaks, challenges, sound design and score, UI, maps, gunplay, gun balance, plus the campaign and zombies are some of the best in the series. This is my favourite cod of all time

It's such a shame that the PS3 versions don't get any love from Activision. For example, unless you've got an account that played Black Ops 1 prior to 2017 you're stuck at level one, you can rank up but as soon as you exit multiplayer it resets the level back to one. From what I understand it's a bug from when Sony introduced being able to change your account name in 2017, which caused BO1 and MW2 to not save your stats, MW3 doesn't work at all, BO2 works but you have to exit PSN before booting the game otherwise it will crash, then you have to start a LAN lobby and then log into PSN to get the multiplayer to work... WAW works flawlessly though so that's nice. I'm sure it wouldn't actually be that difficult to update the games and fix the issues but Activision has no interest, but they will still happily charge you for all the DLC if you want to buy that.

PS3 BO3 is broken too, new accounts can't play MP because selecting a specialist for the first time freezes the game and there's no work around. I've heard CoD 3 is broken too, idk in what way tho, but has a workaround regardless

Last few months I’ve been back on BO1 almost daily, cool to recognise some of these names in the lobbies. There’s the occasional hacker, less if you queue with all map packs installed, but I just leave if it happens. You kinda get to know the way specific people approach the maps the more you play, it’s a community with some funny characters. Recommend people hopping on and keeping the servers alive

With the silencer, it's not the damage per se that changes, it's only the distance from which the damage are lower (it reduces the range of the gun). So yeah, it did make the spas less efficient but somehow everybody was using it because it's satisfying.

Should do a split screen challenge where you play on one screen at a time and switch controllers every time you die and aim for a 2.0 kd on both players. And no hiding the unused character while one's streaking, they spawn where they spawn 😊

I want to make some Fun for all, but you need whole time to look who gets in this round. I think you can try this way. To play BO2
