In my knowledge. 1. When we get out of earth, we may loose earth's gravity. but we can't feel the sun gravity. sun's gravity only applies on earth and other planets. 2. when you have a magnet, it attracts iron only. not attracts other things. both are same. earth's gravity different thaan suns gravity. gravity isn't have speed. is that so that's cant compared with light speed.

The gravity, which was considered as force, is proved as "acceleration" by Einstein. If Einstein could have mathematical knowledge to reduce the problem, he would have produced the general theory in 1910 itself. However, the genius of Einstein is largely appreciated for his thought experiments.Einstein appreciated very few people after him, particularly "S N Bose". In my humble opinion, comparing the speed of light to speed of gravity is not very apt. For light is a form a energy but gravity is a force. Force and energy are two different existences. The second consideration is strength of each forms. Light could be a faster traveler but Gravity can bend light. This means, though it seems like the light is travelling in a straight line but it always has been governed (bent) by the centripetal force of Gravity (because of combined force of gravity of the center of universe). Per theoretical discussions, if some form of energy (say, C+1) can travel faster than speed of light (c), Gravity will travel as fast as / faster than C+1, to govern that energy by its centripetal force. 2 things to note: 1) Nothing in existence can escape Gravity. (Except Mind, as psychologists say) 2) Gravity can "destroy" (per say) any form of energy. For example, Black hole.

Thank you brother, you created an opportunity for me to make things clear of what I meant / opined. I, surely, measured my words before I could spill it in the discussion forum, and that’s why “per say” suffixed destroy. To start with, the “destroy” I mean is not the literary destruction which could be evidenced. The “destroy” I meant is destruction / change of vital property of a form or an energy. For example, Light, the very property of light is to travel in a straight line (*) and we knew that Gravity bends light thus a change in the property of light. The gravity we mean about black holes isn’t something of a measurable quantity but of an innumerable magnitude wherein the shape, form and profile of any particle that gets into a black hole changes into something else. Even, Atoms inside a black hole, wouldn’t have elliptical orbits but so compressed into a thin line. (Read magnetar and compare it with a black hole, for you would know that a magnetar is so meager and negligible in dimension if you would compare it with a black hole) Don’t you think that this is destruction too? If the gravity isn’t of such an immeasurable, detrimental magnitude, a black hole would not be a reason for formation of new galaxies / stars / cosmos at its end. [ (*) By definition, straight line is the least possible distance between two points, isn’t it? Well, I beg to differ with this definition. Because now we are NOT considering about finite measurable dimensions / distances visible to eyes / computed / grasped by other senses. Here, we are playing about gigantic universal distances. Thus, I would say, a straight line is an arc (of course least possible travel) of infinite radius between two points (but definitely there is radius to it). You might ask me why radius, and the answer is, that every point of reference in consideration is basically moving with a definite / indefinite angular velocity about the epicenter of this universe and that nothing escapes the mighty hands of Gravity.] The statement "Gravity bends light" expresses that the velocity of light, thus far we have been discussing, is not the linear velocity but an Angular velocity ?? Well, then should we redefine M=E/C^2 for interstellar travels?? (I’ll leave it at this point for the reader’s discretion about formulas applied) I would wish to discuss more on the black hole concept about energy, quotients and coefficients of conversion factors, energy loss, the byproduct radiations and its coefficients, and emf pertaining to them, but that would be beyond the scope of the concept we have been discussing. I am not Einstein to have an ardent idea, but a humble common man with very finite and minute information. I might be wrong, too. These are just my opinions. Thank you, once again.

Light is an electromagnetic wave, like gravity. Both need a space-time fabric to travel or force one. Both can be expressed in terms of force, energy, and acceleration. Both are, in view of particle physics, have many similarities, such as massless, infinite occupational probability in the given energy state, both violate Pauli's exclusion principle. I hope that's why Einstein could contemplate the Maxwell's Theory to express theory of relativity. According to Einstein, Gravity is field that works with mass of the objects where Electric field works with charges and magnetic field works with spinning objects. Accordingly to my speculations, all the waves must have same velocity by nature, but the boundary condition with the respect to its wavelength, the group velocity determines the speed. A sound wave is a mechanical wave, like gravity, travels slower because its wavelength is several multiples of atomic particles, but gravity wave is much smaller than sub-atomic sizes. Both boundary condition make them to behave in different way. As a matter of fact, we are made of such waves, one of the powerful waves is called "Soul" and that's YOU!!

Any mass can affect the space-time continuum, that bend caused by that mass attracts every other mass toward it. When the object is removed , the change is instantaneous so we will start moving in a tangent line, instantly. Hope i am right.
