One of the hardest, most painful things about having fibromyalgia is that I look perfectly normal, so I get those skeptical looks from family & friends about the condition when I really AM suffering excruciating pain. I've had a couple of them suggest I see a mental health professional to cure my delusion.😳🥺😭

Families of people with fibromyalgia should watch this, so they understand what this disease is really like. We look ok, we don’t look sick or look like we’re in pain, our blood tests come back normal, yet we have pain all over. It’s debilitating, and hard to live with. I feel for everyone with fibromyalgia. 🙏

Thank you, this description of how fibromyalgia feels, is very informative & the best I have found yet, I was diagnosed several years ago & if i ever need to explain my condition to anyone again, I will be sending them your video. Its often hard to put into words what exactly is going on, but you have done it perfectly, very much appreciated, thank you

I know the feeling. I have it for more than 10yrs. I can heal others instantly to the point that they would feel deeply relaxed or even floating and their pain reduce significantly, but can't seem to heal myself.

Nervous system, muscles, hormones, diet...and on & on & on. Now Ive read about biofilm? Stem cell treatments? After 25yrs of guessing, Im so tired of being a 'test subject'. Cures have sometimes been worse than the illness!! So frustrating.

Agreed. Sometimes it makes more sense to try and boost what is right with you as opposed to trying to treat what's wrong with you. In our opinion until your brain is in full control, it is hard to know what is working or could have worked etc etc.

@@ReviveUCC I've been on Lyrica, worked 4yrs but last 2 developed severe bone pain. Took at least 6wks to get off it. I said I would not take another med that requires gradual detoxing. Ha Ha! Started Cymbalta Jan 2022. Had EVERY SIDE EFFECT listed, but by end of April-a miracle! It WORKED! I felt NO PAIN. Had energy. Felt 10yrs younger. And after 3 weeks...it quit!! Doubled dose, got SO sick I slept 90% of 2022! No lie. Took last dose Dec 2022. Wasn't cleared out of my brain until 12 weeks! NO MORE psycho 'head meds' for me. Flat affect, couldn't 'think, see clearly or eat'.. yet gained weight. NOT FOR ME. TOO DANGEROUS to play around with my Brain. I used to work in a Mental hospital for 17yrs. NOW I UNDERSTAND "that look" on all the patients faces!! NO ONE should be allowed to mess with a person's Brain that way. My brain is normally sharp. I rely on my instincts. Cymbalta scared the hell out of me!!! Wondered if I would EVER come out of that NIGHTMARE. I have, thankfully. I would rather suffer in FM pain than to be a zombie. You don't play with MY brain anymore!! Period, point blank. Slowly ALL those big and every tiny aches & pains have returned- with a vengeance. So I suffer, but my Brain is clear. Thank God. Why can't they have a shot/pill that Doesn't mess with brain chemistry? I'm checking into tinctures. A natural supplement. No more pharmaceuticals. I DONT TRUST Doctors, pharmaceuticals, new treatments. It's too risky being a 'test dummy'. IMO.

@@ReviveUCC My brain is clear. Not messing with it. It's the one thing that doesn't hurt. And it's very precious to me. Stay out of my head. Serotonin is 95% made in the gut. Only 5% in the brain. Leave my brain alone!!!! I've had FM starting back when it was 'all in your head' Housewives disease. My kids love & want me around. So I live for THEM. They understand my illness, no pressure. The KINDESS WORDS EVER SAID to me..."well at least You showed up!" ❤️ Any of my Family members who know how difficult keeping Commitments is for me- ALL of them make SURE simply to THANK ME & are GENUINELY HAPPY whenever I'm able to participate. THAT'S LOVE!!!❤❤❤

Has any of your fibromyalgia patients ever told you their organs or their whole body vibrate but nobody can see the tremors? So explaining that to my doctor he was stunned. I get that a lot. I also work 10 shifts a week. In the uk im told there is only Gabapentin and pregablin for fibromyalgia. I cant have either one and I've asked for an alternative that will work well and not make me suicidal or pass out cold and injure myself. So for now i have nothing. And im always struggling to keep up. Could you recommend a medication that i could suggest to my doctor? I'm willing to try anything that will allow me to feel safe. I work around children and i need to be safe around them. Thats more important to me than my illness... I hope to hear from you... And thanks 😊

What does the pain feel like though? Is it sharp pain, or nerve pain, or dull pain, or achiness pain???
@breonaellen95432 ай бұрын
It’s all of them and sometimes feel like you’re spinning , dreaming and dying . It makes you feel insane. Emotional, anxious and it feels like your body is attacking you cause something is always hurting after pain in another area stops . Something else starts to hurt
@nems_girl37772 ай бұрын
@breonaellen9543 Wow, so sorry, sounds like an awful experience. Thank you for sharing your experience. I am trying to figure out my body. I am not sure I meet the criteria for fibromyalgia as mine isn't like the pain you described, mine is more like achyness & heaviness mainly in my arms and legs. Like some times I'll stand up and just want to sit back down. Sometimes just getting up to walk across the room feels like an enormous task and I am just wiped out from it. Or another example, is if I am trying to do my hair and/make up, wrap gifts, etc, my arms feel like they lose strength and want to fall off. Also, sometimes I feel like I get a whoosh of energy & can be a badass and chop up a tree or go to great lengths to give my kids a great experience such as a hike or a large physically demanding activity ... but then as soon as its over, I am toast for a couple days while I "rest and recover"... My kids are 12 and 17 and I really don't want whatever my issues are to prevent my kids from having the best mom they deserve or the best experiences they have an opportunity for. I am trying so hard, but the struggle is so awful. I was diagnosed with small lymphocytic lymphoma a couple years ago, I feel like that has been a big part of this, but now I am on a medication called zanubrutinib and I'll be on it forever or until it stops working. My last labs said no evidence of lymphoma, so I know the medication is working. My doc says the medication is just suppressing the lymphoma cause my type is uncurable and if I stop the medication, the lymphoma will 100% return. 😢 One of the side effects of the medication is what I described above, but it was also there before I started the medication also, so who knows!?!? Another example is last week, we went to the store to shop for supplies and decor for our new camper and after about an hour of browsing, I was like, I am ready to go home, 😩 I was toast and came home and slept solid for 3 hours! 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
