I read somewhere the bubble was a contraption made of her by oz. Then madam curse or gave her a bit of powers for her role as the good witch.

I think I saw her push some sort of button thingie to form the bubble around her… it might not be magical at all

The button is for the bubble itself. The MACHINE cant just fly on its own. And its not futuristic tech bc the Wizard is from our world where we dont have that. So yes its def a mobile bubble blower powered by magic!

⁠@@tsemiuwell, she is guiding the bubble with her magic as she said she uses wands for her magic . So she may not be powering the machine as yes, she got the machine from the wizard since the wizard is human and has no magical abilities, Glinda is guiding the bubble with magic

@@tsemiu But most of the contraption has no magic needed. That's why the Professor of the school said Glinda has no talent for magic power

At the end of the first song in act 1, Glinda says, I'll be on my way, and clearly looks down at something. We then can tell she's stepping on something like a pedal, and we hear a mechanical sound as the bubble wraps around her bubble chariot suggesting that her bubble chariot might be more of a mechanical invention rather than actual magic.
