Im 58 years old. Started HMB one year ago. Im very pleased at the results especially in the muscle mass of my arms. I usually take a supplement for a few months before i decide to stay on or not. HMB is definitely a keeper.

Sorry Sir There is much difference between “ free formula “ and calcium HMB ? Most of the supplements around are calcium Hmb . Many thanks

Thanks for the question. You’ll absorb more of the free form, which is a liquid, but most sources are the powder form, calcium-HMB. Most studies are done with Ca-HMB so the suggested amount to take is often based on Ca-HMB.
