Great video! I have an older honeywell value that gets stuck open and gets very hot in the room. I can disengage the spring with a screwdriver. Doesnt happen everyday . Any ideas!

Thank you! Most likely the ball inside is seized and does not close the flow of water. Because of this the springs and the motor inside the zone valve could be worn out as well.
