This recession is most likely the result of an external factor. For the first time in decades, the United States is losing its clout as a federal reserve currency. They don't have any more economies to use to control inflation, and less money is being spent on stock and oil trading than in the past. They all lend support to the idea that a new multilateral world order is in the works.>

Professionals are currently crushing it because they have both the necessary approach to profit in this market as well as access to insider market knowledge that is not made public. With the assistance of an investment advisor, I was able to diversify my $401k portfolio across multiple markets, earning over $300k in net profit from high dividend yielding stocks,< ETFs, and bonds in just a few short months.

Since the outbreak of 2020, which significantly affected the market, I've been consulting an investment coach before making any investment decisions because their entire philosophy is built around employing a high-profit orientated plan while simultaneously trading long and short, as well as decreasing risk exposure as a hedge against inevitable downtrends. When coupled with their access to odd data and analysis, underperformance is virtually impossible.

@@saurabhtyagi1870 to me it’s like the law of supply and demand. If they overstocked their inventory but not a lot of people buy it then the value becomes compromised, leaving them having to remake the goods. During times of inflation, debt is king, because the value or cost of the debt goes down. During deflation, debt is death, because the value of the debt is growing. Who is the country's greatest debtor? Government. This is why governments will do ANYTHING to avoid deflation.

It's quite easy. There's more money circulating than there are products for sale. You can test this out in your free time. Get a bunch of monopoly money and then get a few friends or family together. Give them 200 each and then tell them whoever is able to buy Park Place gets ten bucks of real money. How much do you think Park place will sell for? Now repeat the experiment. This time, give them 400 of play money. Again, how much did Park place sell for? Repeat the experiment one last time. This time, give them each 1000 of play money. How much did it sell for this time? Now, repeat the experiment one last time. Give them each 1000 of play money, but this time tell them they can buy any property on the board and it would be equivalent to Park place. Whoever has a property and the most savings wins 10 bucks. Why did Park place sell for higher each time you gave out more money even though it's quality never changed? Why did it sell for less when you increased the supply of Park place? If you can figure this out, you would have understood inflation.

I'm a chemical engineer so whenever I try to learn about economics I instinctively conseptualise it as a chemical process. From the little I've been able to make sense of so far, our financial institutions are the equivalent of legacy operators trying to manage an incredibly convoluted and poorly designed plant with very few levers for process control, and only a vague understanding of the process itself. My advice would be decommissioning.

@@theTeflonDon1 not necessarily. Inflation is measured by CPI using a price of basket of goods and it maybe caused by fluctuation in demand and supply along with money supply. There are even more nuances to it. Macroeconomics of which inflation is a part of, is complicated as it's a social science with large number of recognized and unrecognized variables. It's not black and white but shades of grey. You must be a Trump supporter, because you're sounding like one.

Higher prices for goods and services means the general public must work more hours to maintain their living standards which means higher productivity for business activity that can promote higher consumer activity thus higher demand for goods and services eventually pushing higher inflation rates and higher prices again for goods and services. Inflation is just a vicious cycle where we run around in a hamster wheel chasing an illusion of financial security. No wonder work-life balance is non-existent in the 21st century. Employment is just a life sentence of obedience, extortion, and involuntary silence only to earn the privilege to participate in the corrupted world of economics and money mechanics. An economy can still be productive and have business and consumer activity without having inflation. Japan is a case study where it is still a productive economy with business and consumer activity and it has deflation or stagflation. Resources are still available and reasonably priced. It is just that the tool we use to exchange goods and services, aka paper money (bank note), has eroded in its purpose of retaining its intrinsic or representative value.

I have a curious question: With inflation in mind, how do certain fast food restaurants maintain a “dollar menu” when other items on the menu, that contain mostly the same ingredients, raise in price?
@supermonkezaza
@supermonkezaza 4 жыл бұрын
The dollar menu is usually pre-made, this fast food- and they make more of it- because people order more of it. That and it’s the dollar menu, to say true to what they say, they keep it under a dollar while other certain (prices for) food rises. I’m not very sure about this, this is just what I think.
@the_boss3421
@the_boss3421 2 жыл бұрын
I have no idea, but I think this is why fast food is so controversial.. we're constantly hearing that they don't use "real meat" to produce this food so it makes you wonder what it is that can be produced at a cheaper price than the rising price of meat & how they accomplish this. Im sure growth hormones, labs & chemicals have a lot to do with how quickly they can produce food ingredients at a given price, and preservatives have a lot to do with how long these ingredients can be preserved to not impactthe price of the food item they're producing.

So McDonald's lose money on the dollar menu, they will hope to make it back on the other purchases you might make or when you return as a habitual customer, and hopefully buy something of the other menu. Austrain inflation / deflation is the increase or decrease in the currency supply, though including the pseudo-currency (sum of deposits without subtracting what was lent out)

So if I’m understanding this correctly, inflation is good as long as it’s not hyperinflation and deflation is bad and can cause a depression/recession. Then why are wages still down?

Biggest problem in the USA whether your left or right is the inflation happening here and we ignore it cause we still pay for the increase milk , house , loans ect. Just even look back 10 years ago how it was big difference . I know my comment won’t get like Kobe but this is a huge problem bigger than the 08 housing crisis ...

So... if Demand pull inflation happens, because of lower supplies, there should be something done to increase the supply or else the price will increase further? . And if they government decides to print more money to counter it, the businesses would just counter back by increasing the prices because there is still a low supply am i right?

Basically it's the cost rises, so people need more money. People start making more money, so now things go up in price, thus forcing people to again need more money, rinse and repeat. Inflation is a terrible thing that can be removed from society as a whole, which in turn can allow for the implementation of things like a UBI. Now, to avoid the increase of goods with the implementation of a UBI, instead of having inflation, we implement a price cap on everything, this in turn means that prices cannot rise and in turn allows the dollar to retain it's value.
