Trunking phase 2: it's not about licensing more frequencies, it's about having additional expensive controllers, transmitters, feed line and antennas

Repeater. Don't SAY transmiit and receive frequencies at all. It causes confusion. Use INPUT and OUTPUT. Both frequencies can technically be both. The repeater output is TRANSMITTING also. And many of us have INPUT frequencies always displayed.
