How this works as when you take a house on rent on your name the contract will be on your name so how can u rent that further if you already have the contract on your name as is not your Hosue ???

Completely joke. If the 6 bedroom house is rent for 3000 per month exclude bills and you sub rent per room 500 to 600 per month. Hw can you make profit? Imagine the more people inside the house the big mess.
