How does Retekess TR508 pair with the receiver?

I wonder if I could use it as a monitor wireless systems for live sound in a concert for example. I know this product hasn't been made for this purpose, but since monitor wireless systems are very expensive, this could be a good choice to use it like that, it all depends on the latency it could have between a signal sent by a mixing console and the receivers.
