The sad thing about this video is that most of the craftsmen and women and plant managers constructing these cars will never be able to own one!
@MAJOR-D2 жыл бұрын
Sad in a way the Germans and British figured out a way to get the Arabs money most or 90% of the world will never own a Rolls , in the 60s/90’s they were pure junk and maintenance nightmares but these new ones are Magnificent to say the least

I love the obsessiveness of the company. Yes, the Germans own it, AND they seem to understand what it takes to make a British car British by keeping customers at the very upper end extremely satisfied.

24:28 - Contrary to popular belief, the RR grilles are NOT silver plated. They polish them over and over and over until Quality Control deems it "properly done." This is nothing new. They've done this with their car grilles as far back as the 1970s.

RR's look big, clunky, and inelegant. I'd be happy with a high end Lexus.

Of course it does. Just be sure that next to your gravesite you have arranged for a very large hole to be dug so that your precious Rolls Royce can be lowered into it. That way, when you get to Heaven, you can drive that piece of "forever" around the streets of gold and impress all the other saints who will have to walk because they forgot to take their cars with them. Nothing, my friend, lasts forever except your faith in Jesus, the Word of God, and His eternal kingdom. All other possessions (including your beautiful RR) will rust out and rot into oblivion.

If RR engineers do not like, they will change every single part from BMW until they feel it's good enough. Do not compare RR to 700 series

Perfection? The wheel is very inefficient, most of its surface is never used. It was never designed, it evolved. And dispite of the advantage of materials they still use 4. We are stuck in the past. What you want is a transportation system is that take you where you want to go safety. If you go in the best car in the world and you cross with one that breaks fail you could die.

Rolls never made money & was kept afloat by the government. Reliable engine ? My Cummins 6BT diesel is still running A1 after 1.5 million miles. Over priced opulent show piece...not a serious piece of transport.

He (or she) who dies with the most toys (Rolls Royce, private jets and yachts, mansions, etc.) wins. But wins what? An eternity in Heaven? Unfortunately not. Good people don't go to heaven. Only FORGIVEN sinners do. How to be forgiven of your sins (because we are all sinners and have come short of the glory of God). This forgiveness is a free gift from God in the person of His son, Jesus Christ. The wealthy of this world, the powerful of this earth will not inherit the Kingdom of God unless they put their faith in Jesus and not in their material possessions (cars, homes, jewelry, planes, clothing, etc.). The path to eternal life in Heaven (not in the suffering of Hell) is found only in the gift given by Jesus. It's not enough to call oneself a Christian. One must ACT like a Christian and be a complete follower of Christ in your speech and in your actions. The rich man in the bible did not inherit the Kingdom of God because he placed more importance in his wealth and possessions than in the humility that he needed to show to Jesus. This life is too short and there are not enough material possessions to fill the void that only Jesus can fill with the peace of God.
