Ignoring the price difference, that Citizen looks really nicely done, I actually prefer the aesthetic of the Citizen, the flat H link bracelet on the Citizen looks fantastic.👍

Its not as good as it seems in person. To me atleast the blocky case made it seem kind of unrefined and cheap. Spec wise its great but the design of the citizen never resonated with me.

Belive it or not Citizen has way more special and exclusive caliber then Tudor. 9054 caliber is one of the kind movement purposely built just for this watch and nothing else,it’s more precise then 9051 and has 8 hours better power reserve,it also has anti mag of 16000 a/m and it beats 28800.

I reviewed that same citizen. I think it is an incredible value! I don’t think there’s anything less than the Tudor. Except maybe the price.

I do like that citizen, I've been thinking about a series 8 for a while now, but can't decide on this one, the blue 890, or the salmon 890. They're all lovely watches.

Enormous difference in price, really two different things. I think Citizen missed on no screw down crown. Citizen does look and wear very nicely. Tudor is awesome, to me and my wallet it’s a luxury watch.

Great review brother. Tough... Citizen really puts forth a great watch for the money. However, if brand legacy, better movement, and a higher quality level is desired, you can't beat Tutor.

I understand that Tudors are generally higher quality than most Citizens (until you hit the Chronomaster line) but I definitely see Citizen has having more brand legacy than Tudor. They started around the same time, but Citizen began and remains an independent, fully in-house watchmaker with several important innovations to its credit, whereas Tudor has always functioned as a sub-brand of Rolex and has never been responsible for any industry firsts.
