In my case what Katrine Sporle says has not happened. Unless I am mistaken it says that the consumer should be put back to before the mistake happened plus compensation. I have not even been offered my costs back. I have also been told by The Ombudsman that they do not have to offer an explanation. I am horrified thank goodness this is not a court. This is almost patting the agent on the back for all of the horrible shocks upset not only to me but also the neighbours. I have asked the Ombudsman for Mrs Sporle and I have been told NO!. Is this FAIRNESS? I think NOT! LIstening to this in my case it gave me false hope that I would at least get my loss of money back but that has not happened. Its almost like rewarding the agent for repeatedly treating me badly. NO RESPECT from the agent and I have to say extremely disappointed after nearly a year of going through the complaints procedure!!!

If you advise of a convenient time, we will ensure someone calls you to discuss this. We would also emphasise that you are under no obligation to accept the decision or award offered and can take the matter to court. We are here to provide alternative dispute resolution not legal rulings.

I have not had my costs offered. So I am paying for them to treat me badly. It says 90 days it has taken approximately 1 year. This is not what Mrs Sporle is saying

Phil Spencer wherever you are I hope you see my message as you seem like a really genuine person as this information in this interview to me is inaccurate
