But if the IDF uses American supplied weapons in ways that are prohibited by agreement of both parties, in this case the use against civilians and civilian targets it may results in some action or the cessation of supply by the US to Israel of aid and weapons. In theory. The problem with this is the USA and Israel are so interconnected militarily and in the development and testing of new weapons that an abrupt or even gradual reduction of military and monetary aid to Israel would be cause a security and defense nightmare. The interconnectedness transcends national boundaries and increasingly national agendas and interests.its too interconnected to simply cut off . Israel and US have an interconnected military industrial complex And this fact allows Netenyahuh and co. to act against us interests with near impunity, turning Gaza into a bloodbath and ignoring the threat of cut off of aid from the USa. He knows we can't simply cut of aid to Israel because we don't don't agree with the conduct of the IDF or the goals even. It's in some ways a snub at the US . But this fact of interconnectedness has been played by Israeli on the US numerous times over the years .This may be the most repugnant so far
