almost 10 years ago my friend and I were heading to a restaurant when the sheriff stopped us, My friend was driving the car so the sheriff asked him first for an ID then he asked me as well but I told him I didn't have one. He didn't believe me so he asked for my wallet. I completely forgot I had a false identification, that I was using for applying to a new job because I didn't have the proper documentation, and it was in there. I told the sheriff the truth that the information in there was real but it was a fake ID that I used only for the purpose of getting a job and I had forgotten that I still had it in my wallet. the judge mention that can be deported and I plead nolo contendere can I remove this?

I have a question though, I am an undocumented immigrant married to a US citizen, she filed an application for my Green card, I already did the finger print but still waiting for the interview date.
