This was great. Love the editing as well. As for the fan art, the full blown fan animations with the pair have been excellent. Some with surprisingly good production value. It just seemed like a great combination of events. Doom fans sending friendly fan art and messages to Animal Crossing fans, and in almost Animal Crossing fashion, they send friendly fan art and messages back. It’s almost like sending letters back and forth to your villagers, with gifts, and getting responses. It’s as if the fandom was almost conditioned to respond in kind. This is the kind of friendship we need right now.

You know what my favorite thing about this whole Doom/AC crossover is? Despite this being the internet, almost all the fanworks I've seen of Doom Slayer and Isabelle are just wholesome. They're the best of friends, helping each deal with their own forms of stress from the respective careers. I think part of the reason why these two work so well together is that the games are such polar opposites that there's no way they can compete with one another. But that polar opposite is also what makes them such a good pair in the fandom.

I remember playing animal crossing new leaf for the first time in 2016 and fell in love with Isabelle, but I fell out of the grind due to work and a change of lifestyle, however I never expected to see Isabelle, a full time cute Shih Tzu and part time secretary would team up with someone as violent as DOOM GUY.. but I gotta admit, it is a great duo. TOP TIER.

I know this is an old video, but here's an update for everyone....Doom Guy and Isabelle are officially married! Yeah, Bethesda and Nintendo heard about the pair and there was a marriage ceremony in the final update for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate! Here's hoping future Animal Crossing and Doom titles reference this strange but adorable couple!
