Property managers have to keep the board happy to keep the contract with that location, and usually the members of the board are people who live in the community. With that being said. They’re just doing their jobs. Some don’t even want to enforce some of the codes the board put in place but they have to. Now some managers are assholes but a lot will work with you if the owners aren’t being assholes. But also If you’re gonna move into an HOA community. Don’t complain about what comes with it also. The boards job is to keep the property value up and they’ll do whatever they need to do that 🎉
