I lived in Janakpuri , had seen Dwarka transforming from gound zero to this so big infrastructure development. Remember in my father's era nobody wants to live there even in late 80's and 90's.

Dwarka is much costlier than central delhi. May it be purchase of flats, rent of flats, grocery, veges, transport etc. Everything. I prefer Noida over Dwarka ang gurugram. Noida has much more basic facilities than dwarka. And my personnel bad experience of dwarka is its 80% occupation by haryanvies whose behaviour is not tolerable. I feel like I m living in a haryanvi village and not in the capital of India i.e.Delhi. They don't respect anyone, no manners, noisy and lack basic civic sense. . They live like they are still the owners of this land and others are nothing befor them. Love and respect and manners are not in their dictionary.😅

@@MB60s boy you are day dreaming! First read what I said, those working in Gurugram and want to live in Delhi. Secondly, the flats were allotted to CGHS societies (service class) not particularly Haryanvis 😂. Thirdly, you think UP is all about Ram Rajya (No crime, very elite class people, sophesticated and all 🤣🤣), Fourthly, you are comparing jobs and companies in Gurugram with Noida (Let me make myself very clear - I am not talking about BPOs and HCL in particular 😅😅😅). Wake up to reality bro!! Noida is providing Power cuts, High Electricity rates, contaminated water and much more. Comparing Capital of India with a city of Uttar Pradesh. Ab bas yeh mat bol diyo ke GIP is better than Cannaught Place 😅😂🤣😆

Very informative & well researched video bro!!! I have a question, The map you showed in the video, highlights a metroline from yashobhoomi towards omaxe mall and extends further beyond dwarka sector 10 towards dwarka sector 6. Is that metro line proposed ? Any update?
