I'm sorry I haven't uploaded in like a month, but there's A LOT of issues that I had with videos in that they were either not entertaining enough for me, or just too hard to complete in a small time frame. The reason I loved this generation so much. Moving sprites, maaan everyone complained that 5th gen pokes were bad, to a certain extent yeah some of them are bad. But people forget not only did we get new pokemon, we could also see old ones with a moving animation, charizard sprite -> 3d zard.

Imo the 3D models that came with XY are slept on. As in one year after the last main entry, the new one had 3D models for more than 700 creatures (including more than 600 old mons). Yeah you may say that it's not as expressive as Gen 5 moving sprites, imo they're as much expressive as them (and more expressive than the Gen 1-4 static sprites).

Given the amazing graphics we have now, how many pokemon exist and having saved 3D models for every single one, I'm beginning to wonder how much storage the game would need. That's not even including models for shinys and the slow addition of more Gigantamax forms. Even adding Mega forms to the game would only further increase the necessary disk space.

About the DS freezing, I've had this quite a lot during my time playing my DS, I assume it to be caused by poor contact between the system and the cart, sometimes it happens. It usually led me to save often due to that.

Incredible runthrough. I think it's about darn time I finish my run of Black and White finally... Need to train the starters, do the Swarms, and figure out how Black City/White Forest works... I never thought of switch training Yamask, that's a good idea.

I've experienced DS freezing (I almost exclusively play pokemon in there). I also know of people that happened to them to. I used to think it was a BW related issue, but I think it happend with HGSS too, tho I can't remember that well

My DS always froze on a certain part of SS and I had to buy a new game cartridge.

My 3DS occasionally freezes if I leave it in sleep mode too long on Pokémon Black, and if I do that with Platinum, it would instead stop registering the cartridge. Ironically, my DS hasn’t done either of those things. And yes, both carts are legitimate.
