How ebay has destroyed sorting by price to the detrement of the buyer

Upon reflection, there are some very simple things ebay can do to fix the problems in this video:
1. Stop out of stock items from affecting the price sorting
2. make it clear to sellers that manipulative practices will not be tolerated and that their listings will be removed and/or feedback affected if they employ these tactics.
3. do not allow huge differences in price for options i.e. implement a policy whereby the cheapest and most expensive options are no more than 25% different. Yes, sellers will need to list their small, double and king sized sheets separately, but that makes searching for items easier and quicker for the buyer!
