You just changed my whole belief of how to actually manifest the reality I want ❤ All I wanna know is how could i know every detail about the higher version of myself, how would I know how she thinks and talks, how she reacts, how she maintains friendships and relationships like from where I will get that much knowledge to write down every detail of the best version.

It’s not about how to get the knowledge, just write down what YOU WANT TO BE. Maybe get inspiration from people that inspire you and see if that would align with you. Then you write all these things down, remember your reality is gonna be exactly what you choose to be. Imagine yourself 5 years from now and the best life you would like to live and then write down exactly that in present tense 🫶🏽🥰

You will always attract what you are and matching energy to that. But why would you want to lower your energy, that doesn’t make sense to me personally. If that person wants you, they should level up to meet your standards not the other way around 🫶🏽

Source? Most science nowadays was co-opted by corporations to fit a specific narrative. They would like nothing more than to lose all accountability because they are therefore simply existing. The struggle is real and frequencies exist but not in the way we've been led to believe. Pain doesn't make you stronger and if you believe that lie, you've likely not experienced trauma to the extent necessary to be truly hopeless.

I’ve experienced trauma and I’ve been there already, thank you :) you still can choose in your adult years to take responsibility and heal which is what I choose over and over again, and in that way it does make you stronger as it gives you the ability to show compassion and kindness and also help others that went through the same pain. Science or not science, it is how you choose to handle it and this is my way and my belief.

Then follow that calling! For everyone it’s different what they resonate with and what you feel called to do. Whatever your heart tells you: go and do that! I also sometimes have days where I’m very tired and don’t know what to do, so I pray and surrender and read the Bible and usually I get an answer in that way and what I want "manifests" in that way too 🫶🏽
