TBF: That is correct. It's up to the prosecution to prove their case by American court system, since you are deemed innocent UNTIL proven guilty. Going 'Nuh-uh' is the defense disputing the prosecution's claim.

@@HikariIchuro in short 'yes'*. It follows the logic of Benjamin franklin (i believe): "Incredible claims require incredible evidence. Conversely, that which is presented without evidence can be dismissed without evidence." an accusation is not evidence, it's a claim. Saul going 'nuh-uh' is also a claim, which mean since they both hold equal weight & since you are 'Innocent UNTIL proven guilty', the defense wins when both sides are equal. It follows blackstone's formations theory: 'That is better 10 guilty men go free, than 1 innocent suffer'. Reason for that is: If the justice system assumes guilt off the bat, then there is no incentive to be good/innocent since you will be punished regardless of if you did it or not. So if you will be punished either way, might as well do it. This doesn't create a functioning society. When you assume guilt & have to prove innocence, you end up with the salem witch trials, spanish inquisition or any communist judicial system.

It's actually pretty easy to justify Junko's actions. Just show the court "children" videos from KZbin, and explain their scale to them. They'll lose all hope with humanity as well 👌 Also, she didn't kidnap 15 people - just 14 (Mukuro did this willingly). She didn't even kidnap them - they closed themselves in. Edit: also show Skibidi Toilet. Even if she doesn't get set free, at least she could get the official approval to commit some illegal actions towards the people that think it's funny.
