Dear, Nice work 👍 J is spoken as Y in many European languages, referring to Ljubljana. Olive oil doesn't come from Ukraine and Russia but sunflower oil does. In Europe, the bulk comes from Spain, Italy, Greece etc..from relatively warmer countries or Mediterranean countries.

most of sunflower oil in Czech Republic comes from Hungary, not from Ukraine, you can also buy rapeseed oil which is made here
