@@realestatesteph You’ve mentioned it before just the benefit of being centrally located. Perhaps highlighting the ease of getting to Austin, San Antonio, Dallas/Ft Worth, Houston and being located in a centralplex Waco, Temple, Belton etc. I think is a great selling point.
