Very interesting video. I worked as a project manager (mechanical engineering) on critical high end parts of the wafer stage of these EUV machines. From a mechanical- and fabrication view point ASML was searching for the edges of the impossible. But as you at Zeiss SMT now, nothing is impossible! I am proud of what we all together achieved.

Easy peasy. Pre-calculate the distortion at the terminal temperature, and design for that shape. 3400 needs a "heat up" time I heard.

Where can I apply? I don't have a background on this but I've been understanding, I suppose my HVAC and electric background helps. My brain 🧠 thirsty over these masterpieces of various technologies.🤯

As these chips become more and more compact and thus more powerful, (Moore's Law) AI will advance further and further. When resolution reaches the threshold of individual atoms, will we leap into quantum computing?
