4:30 the water didn't go down at all as below the 5/5L you'll see that the water tank has actually got 40.3L left. I do not have the car for myself to see if it was a glitch that happened rarely to you but that's an insane amount of water.

Not really water is very very common there are bottles of water that have 15 L on it

I don't know if the f1 gives a speed boost or not since the v8 engine could go over 200km/h on the van, I think you would be able to go faster than the f1 engine if you used the v8.
