*** I was going run both batteries individually down to 15% and then run both batteries at the same time, down to 5%. However the manufacturer doesn't recommend going below 15%, so I'm not going to. Since both batteries are 20ah, all you have to do is double the mileage listed at the end of the video.
Check out the range test for the Bandit X-Trail Pro. See how far 48v 40ah will take you.

Hey do you know if it’s possible to adjust the rear shocks on the X Trail Pro? I see that it has notches on the shock but doesn’t say anything in the limited manual they have online.

@aabed31 Yes, there is the ability to adjust. You can step up incrementally.

How come you stopped making vids for this? I tried looking for your second vid range but couldn't find it. Hope all is well✝️🙏

So for the first video I ran it down to 15% and then I was going to run the second battery down to 15% by itself, and then run both batteries from 15% down to about 5%. And I was going to use that as the total range for my testing. However after reading some technical data from the manufacturer they don't recommend running the batteries below 15%. That being said I don't want to damage my batteries since I did pay for this bike. Also since both batteries are about the same size, all you have to do to get the total range is double the miles from this video. I didn't want to bore people with the exact same video.

I actually like that you did just front motor with this vid. Goves us an idea what kind if range we could get if we wanted to be really conservative with power etc. plus you kept it realistic by not only using PAS1.

Thanks! That's pretty much what I was going for, I was trying to be conservative while keeping it realistic. Hope it helps.

Thanks for the review and showcasing the bike now that it’s been getting out into people’s hands. As one of those who are still waiting on the bike shipping, I’ve been dying to see other buyers get their bikes and put out real world reviews.

No problem. I don't usually do range tests, due to there being so many variables. But I know there are still many people waiting, so I figured this might help.

Realistically people are going to need to use both motors, not just front motor.

Dude, I know. But everyone asks for a range test. I usually say there are too many variables. Can't make everyone happy. But that being said, and I am trying my best to give a realistic range test, I decided to use both motors on a large hill in part 2. This is meant to be a realistic situation, but one where you want to conserve and extend miles. And in that situation, I would use what is needed to get up the hill. So it will be included in part 2.
