How Fast can I MONETIZE my small YouTube Channel? | Episode 1

You can do it. After starting mine in 2021 and not managing it with purpose, I doubled down in January 2024 as part of my new year's resolutions and got monetized in 5 months. I went from 400+ followers to 1900 currently. Also went from less than 1000 watch hours to 4000 in the same period. Just stay committed.

Consistency is definitely key. I have had this channel since 2015. Between 2015-2017 I was consistent. I was part of a great community of vloggers that support, pushed and challenged each other. Then life got in the way with all of us and we just stopped. I off and on made content but never was consistent. I made the decision to start taking this more seriously once again. I'm here for the community and believe that we can all do this thing together. Keep it up, and I am looking forward to the weekly updates. Subscribed!

After posting they should watch their videos see their mistakes and ask their friends who watch how they see it. Then each video they post they should try and add a new feature. They should watch numerous videos on what they want to post so that they can plan on their videos. That's all I have for the newbies.

KZbin is definitely a journey. I have found that the shorts is a great way to gain followers as well as engagement. And also being authentic goes along way. Watch time hours is probably the hardest overall to get, but you got this ❤

I am doing these series too! This is so inspiring I've subbed. I think it is a great way to keep youtself motivated. I tried doing a lot of long form videos that were longer than 12 minutes but I just couldn't get myself to edit them because of how long the editing took. Great video idea! Subscribed, btw! I started my channel Feb 2023 and I've noticed that people enjoy shorts, but I watched a video earlier that said if you focus your channel around shorts, you will get the views and you might get the subscribers, but then youll have to basically make shorts the whole time you have your channel because that is the kind of audience you built and they won't stay for long form content. :(

I just began my KZbin journey! I wonder what I’m going to post but the biggest thing I see in every video I watch is consistency.
