He probably hacked it using a cheat of sorts. But what I’m curious on is how there is a sprite for that legendary

​@nekanandrade121 people custom make sprites all the time! im sure someone just did custom sprite work to replicate the look of the gen 1 games:)

So zoru.a is right. It's a custom sprit that my friend made. However, it's not just that. all of rayquaza's moves from the gen 3 have also been coded into the game to work. Thanks to a very talented friend of mine. 😀
