Glad to see you back! I'd honestly be more interested to see how feasible the game is as more regular enemies, possibly with modifiers; Is Pumpkin Head's helmet a viable defense against bosses? A small crab would presumably get oneshot by any boss, but what if it had as much health as the boss and had sped up animations? Stuff like that.

Maliketh is really the only boss who can go toe to toe with her, which is surprising considering his low health pool. I'd love to see Maliketh, though; did it with a cosplay run, but seeing the actual boss would be really cool, I think.

He's just really good at draining her health and staying out of range so she can't heal too easily. Someone else pitted a number of main bosses in teams of 3 clones against a single Malenia, and Maliketh was the only one who managed to take her out (and then die from rot afterward lol).

Maliketh is the most difficult boss in the game in my opinion, more than Malenia. He killed me significantly more than she did.

Malenia can be beaten with just spamming one button in lots of builds without any thinking, but Maliketh forces you to play one right way dodging his combos and punishes you with death(pun intended) otherwise. You mostly can just stunlock Malenia, but you probably can't outdamage Maliketh. The point is, in my playthrough Maliketh managed to kill me few times due to his high damage and destined death, and Malenia was just stunlocked to death on the very first attempt.

This video made me realize that peak Elden Ring modding will be when we can fight each other as bosses, or even fighting against player-controlled bosses as normal Tarnished. The potential is unreal, it would be so, so much cooler than the AI vs AI "who would win" videos. Getting to use the boss's moves with purpose, they way they're used by the AI vs the player or better, would make for some very, very interesting fights. Please do a Godfrey and/or Hoarah Loux run! Godfrey is the baddest mf in the lands between and he deserves the chance to square off against all the brats of his traitorous wife.

Recent headcanon - Malenia’s great rune works the same for you as it does for her, but because of the scarlet rot she’s constantly taking damage so she always heals on successful attack, but the rot doesn’t do enough damage to actually affect her so it doesn’t tick her down

You don’t exactly get mohg’s and miquella lore right. Mohg is force growing Miquella in that cocoon to marry him and became a empyrean through the marriage. This way he can be seen as a legitimate ruler and establish that dynasty he wants.

There is a mod that actually just MAKES you into a boss like maliketh rather than being "inside them" but the author has since abandoned those kinds of mods and i dont think he is going to make any more mods. I hope more mods of this kind come out or this mod you are using is made public, rather than just for you which isn't good. I'd rather play this myself than watch you play it. Also were you not able to use her shadow clone jutsu move where she sends out her pink flower clones? and why not use her in her 2nd phase where waterfowl dance also applies scarlet rot and some attacks have added scarlet rot explosions?

Do every boss as a death rite bird they have alot of cool attacks and are some of the few bosses that can inflict frostbite (Also One of there attacks are them flying into the air and raining down spears and its One of the coolest attacks in the game)

Elden Beast isn't actually immune to all status effects, he can still get Frostbitten, but it takes too long for it to proc effect.

This Fight was SO F-ING COOL, New Sub! Especially your finisher! INSANE! Immedlately reminded me of my NG+6 and 7 Vergil w/No Mods (PS4, lol!) Build! My BEST Malenia battles, EVER! His moveset, against hers, so BADASS! Oh, I just beat NG+7 a couple of hours earlier! SInce Radagon/Elden Beast decided to be a d%#@, so, I was like:' FINE!' 'I'll turn Vergil into the FRICKIN' STORM IT'SELF!' (Lightning Incantions, and, of course his Elden Ring Yamato, Moonveil!) It took a couple of tries, getting used to the Ability Switch, but, on my third try, I kicked BOTH their asses! Sorry it was a bit long, but, I just wanted to say it's the most FUN I have had in a while! SO much so, it's what I'm going to use for the DLC! Oh, before I forget, I had Bury the Light going during the fight! Cherry on top!

(too lazy to scroll through comments to check if someone else explained it but here's my take on what happened with radahn) Basically, when he goes up into meteor form, he puts his horse under the player and tracks that for where to land, and since your player model was dead, he fell into the abyss or wherever dead players go if it doesn't reload the world, and died there because it's past a map border or something similar

4:30 Btw it was sort of a stalemate. Radahn sent Malenia into retreat after she had afflicted him. He had gotten rid of her sword arm and so she was forced to use her Aeonia. If he hadn't essentially been given super aids he would have one that fight still. No joke Malenia is still the strongest in current game but that is because after their fight Radahn got destroyed by the rot and all the power he really had left was holding back that "Falling Star". Also great video glad I got the recommendation.

By most peoples definition that would mean she lost that fight but Radahn pretty much was crippled because of it.

If you did a Godfrey run (please do) I think the time would be relatively the same. The thing about Godfrey is, while he doesn't have the health regen and Scarlet Rot Malenia has, he is highly resistant to every damage type, high poise, and does massive damage to enemy poise, so I think he would have a better time against enemies such as the Fire Giant.
