How Fast Can You Beat Pokemon Blue with Just A Porygon??

Playthrough Rules:
1. Only my selected pokemon in battle
2. No items in battle
3. No glitches or exploits (the badge boost and marowak skip permitted)
4. No Losing of ANY Kind (No Blackout Training)
5. No Double-Team TM before level 100*
Other Things to Know:
1. Pokeballs (HM Pokemon) are allowed in battle
2. I play the game at 4x game speed (238 frames per second)
3. My Pokemon have perfect DVs
4. Skipping the bike is not allowed
5. Saving between Elite 4 members is allowed
6. If the solo Pokemon faints and I choose to blackout it counts towards my reset counter and I still have to reset
Terms:
1. STAB
--- Same Type Attack Bonus - a 1.5x damage multiplier for using a move that shares it's type with the attacker
2. DVs
--- The Gen1 equivalent of IVs (individual values), these range from 0-15
3. Stat XP
--- The Gen1 equivalent of EVs. But unlike EVs, you can reach the limit with every stat

I actually was able to get a Porygon in my original playthrough by using a turbo controller and Super Game Boy on the Game Corner slots. It worked pretty well if you got it when you first had access to it and could use it in places like the Pokémon Tower.

Around the solo speedrunning community that pokedoll is treated more as a key item. It helps you skip the unnecessary first rocket hideout. Plus it makes the challenge more difficult skipping that rare candy and extra xp.

If you take a look at the tm list on the right, porygon cannot learn body slam. I know, shocking.

Porygon is not the best but it's an interesting pokemon. Pokédex says it's an artificial pokemon right?

Yeah, I think it and mewtwo were created in a lab. It's cool that you get the choice of both sharpen or agility to use for badge boosting moves. Sharpen ended up being more consistent.
