How Fast Can You Beat Pokemon Blue With Just A Venomoth??

Playthrough Rules:
1. Only my selected pokemon in battle
2. No items in battle
3. No glitches or exploits (the badge boost and marowak skip permitted)
4. No Losing of ANY Kind (No Blackout Training)
5. No Double-Team TM before level 100*
Other Things to Know:
1. Pokeballs (HM Pokemon) are allowed in battle
2. I play the game at 4x game speed (238 frames per second)
3. My Pokemon have perfect DVs
4. Skipping the bike is not allowed
5. Saving between Elite 4 members is allowed
6. If the solo Pokemon faints and I choose to blackout it counts towards my reset counter and I still have to reset
Terms:
1. STAB
--- Same Type Attack Bonus - a 1.5x damage multiplier for using a move that shares it's type with the attacker
2. DVs
--- The Gen1 equivalent of IVs (individual values), these range from 0-15
3. Stat XP
--- The Gen1 equivalent of EVs. But unlike EVs, you can reach the limit with every stat

In order to catch that I had to slow it down to 0.25. The screen being dark and the voice slowed down makes me think a horror themed run could be interesting 😂

I know it's not an optimal setup, but I like having the extra column in there for the Pokemon name again, so that I don't accidentally put it in the wrong row. I could make it better by getting rid of the extra column and put a thick border on the top and bottom of each row, but I like it this way. Or at least until I have so many videos, that I need things to be consolidated.

Yeah, the stat reader has an error when it comes to pp up moves. So anytime a single pp up is used, the pp is increased by 64. Not in the game, just the stat being shown. It's been fixed as of my newest video.

Before I switched to an html setup, I was subject to the numbers the code would give me. The pp ups increased the pp value by an entire 64, so you needed to do -64 to offset the number. It's been fixed now.
