You made the greatest charging standard soup here. First of all, no Google phone / laptop supports anything else than PD. It's all PD, no Quick Charge. Quick Charge is a Qualcomm propriatary standard and, of course, you have to pay a licensing fee for it. PD is pretty much free. Most Samsung don' use Quick Charge either but some do. They use either PD (limited to 25w on the S23 Ultra) or Samsung Fast Charge (via PPS protocol) for up to 45w on the S23 Ultra. A tiny bit of documentation before the video will go a long way. And yes, the power bank is great. And yes, I want one. And no, I won't get one. And yes, it's because the price, :)

Appreciate your input. And you are of course right about the PD. Pixels use Tensor SoCs, so no way for them to go for QC anyway.

@@TechMishka Google is so much against the proprietary standards that they did not support Quick Charge even when Google phones used Snapdragon SOCs Pixel 5). Yes, this is Google :)

@@TechMishkaTo add to this, your comment about Xiaomi's protocol isn't entirely correct. They use their own special version of PPS which allows upto 6A of current, but this can be used with their Type C chargers as long as you have the appropriate C-to-C cable. With a standard 100W (5A) cable, my Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G takes 65W from my 67W charger and it's about 40 minutes for a full charge - same as the original 6A cable.

I was unable to replicate - despite charging at max speed for 30+ minutes

I really like your review but damn...proprietary case for a power bank😂😂 it's not made of glass or a phone. Its a power bank😂

Well, I meant - at least something that protects it better. Mine is already scratched after only 2 weekends of travel 😭

@TechMishka got you. I use a power bank almost daily. Bought it from Lidl 😂 20.000 mAh. The look of it is just a black solid brick with 2 output connections of Usb a and c, and quite heavy. 2-3 years old already but never skipped a beat...always in my backpack ready to charge something, and funny enough no scratches on it😂😂
