This is actually amazing advice, I just got this advice from a old timer I was smoking with a cigars international in Tampa yesterday. Then this video popped up saying the same thing. I tried it on my second cigar and he was so right the flavor is always there when you wait in between puffs.

I started smoking cigar a few weeks ago. I have no suits, not much money and two times a week a smoke a cigar after work at night while walking home. I feel like I do everything wrong in case of smoking cigars haha But it feels always great and relaxing and the one thing I always do is taking time with my cigar while walking home for half an hour. I’ve had to find different lengths and gauges in cigars that I enjoy because sometimes I don’t have 45 minutes or an hour to enjoy my cigar. It has been an enjoyable experience trying different brands and sizes and construction. The most expensive cigars are not always my favorite.

Idk if this true but when i smoke a cigar to fast 1. It gets hot, 2. You lose the flavor really fast, 3. It does get soft, 4. You will probably rip the leaf on the inhale side of the cigar, thats what i experience sor far so no i take my time and try not to rush it
