What rice bran do you use ? Every time I try rice from a filipino it’s sooo good it taste the way it smells , like jasmine rice. But is there a certain brand you use ? Mine never turns out like theirs 🥹

You can use any types of Japanese rice it’s good also and the same procedure

I usually use a rice cooker no problem but the last couple of times I made jasmine rice in it I think I used a bit too much water. But I also just used the finger method (I'm half Filipino). Might have to try this way. Salamat!
