Great explanation of positional forgiveness contrasted with the profitability of confession to both God and man! Thanks, brother.

As far as the East is from the West! Thank you dear Brother! Eyes up! Ephesians 2:8-9 "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the GIFT of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast." Acts 16:31 "And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house." Colossians 1:14 "In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins:" Salvation is obtained by simply believing in Jesus' death (Blood sacrifice), burial and resurrection with all your heart for payment of all your sins, past, present and future.

Thank you! It is good to know we are forgiven automatically because of Jesus 🧔🏻‍♀️✝️❤️, and thank you for making it clear that we shouldn’t go into the hyper grace movement. We shouldn’t use God’s grace as a license 🪪 to sin! We should also apologize if we offend God to restore their fellowship with Him!

God's got you. We all make mistakes, go past our limits, and make a mess of things but God never gives up on you. Apologize when needed to maintain fellowship with God and others. He will never leave or forsake you (Heb 13:5). Just look to Him and He'll get you on your feet and set you on the right path (Heb 12:2) "Looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith..." God bless

Many of you aren't gonna wanna hear this, but if you're habitually sinning, you are not saved. Bible verses to back it up below. God Bless, praying everyone. Ps: this is not an argument against this gentleman's message. It's just the message God put on my heart. Galatians 5:66 This I say then walk in the spirit, and ye shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh. 1 John 2:4-5 He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him. But whoso keepeth his word, in him verily is the love of God perfected: hereby know we that are in him. John 14:15 If you love me, keep my commandments. James 4:7 Submit yourselves therefore to God, resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Romans 16:17-18 Now I beseech you, brethren mark them which cause divisions and offences contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned; and avoid them. For they are such serve not our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly; and by good words and fair speeches deceive the hearts of the simple. 2 Timothy 3:16-17 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction, in righteousness. That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works. 2 Corinthians 5:17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is an new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. 1 John 1:5-6 God is light, and in him is no darkness at all. If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth. 2 Peter 1:2-4 Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord. According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue: whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust. John 8:34 Jesus answered them, verily, verily, I say unto you, whosoever commiteth sin is the servant of sin. 1 John 3:6 Whosoever abideth in him sinneth not; whosoever sinneth hath not seen him, neither know him.

God does give us a new heart with new and right desires at the point of salvation, Old and New Testament (Ezk 36:26), but I have to say it is still possible for a believer to have ongoning sin in their lives. God inclines us with the new heart, but we still choose if we follow that or not. The church in Corinth had so much sin, carnality and heretical teaching it took Paul 15 chapters (1 Cor 1-15) of strong rebuke to correct them. In 1 Cor 1:2, 7-8 he said they were saints, of the church of God, sancified, and that Jesus would present them blameless on that day. So Paul affirmed their salvation, but then launched into a massive correction. In 1 Cor 3:1-3 he repeatedly told them they were carnal and walked as men, so there is such a thing as a carnal believer. 1 Cor 6:9-11 contrasts believers with unbelievers, even though Paul corrected them of some of the things in that list that unbelievers do. Sin is a bad work, so if sin could nulify your salvation, then righteous works keep it, meaning you would be saved by works. That contradicts too many passages, not the least of which is Eph 2:8-9. Sin brings natural consequences, punishment, loss of rewards, a ruined testimony, pulls down other believers, grieves God, but God still seals you until the day of redemption (Eph 4:30). Some Christians will stand before the Bema Seat of Christ (1 Cor 3:10-15) and have all their works burned up (v15), yet still be saved. Their Christian lives were filled with insincere service to God, idleness, or sin, all of which was burned, yet that didn't change their saved status. If you look through my playlist of the Believer's Security in Christ, you'll see many of these passages you listed covered. I'm still adding to it as I get time.

@@myflourishingfam James 2:10 - 2:11 pretty much debunks your statement in regards to "If sinning = lost salvation, then righteousness = saved." For it says; (James 2:9-11) But if you show partiality, you commit sin, and are convicted by the law as transgressors. 10 For whoever shall keep the whole law, and yet stumble in one point, he is guilty of all. 11 For He who said, “Do not commit adultery,” also said, “Do not murder.” Now if you do not commit adultery, but you do murder, you have become a transgressor of the law. There are a lot of other verses that would imply needing works to keep your salvation that the original commentator forgot to mention. (Hebrews 10:26 being one of them) and whilst yes encouragement is good to help motivate believers to stay on the narrow road, sharp rebuke tends to be what really saves them. (Proverbs 27:5)

But if we do not live in the light as he is in the light, then we do not have fellowship with each other and the blood of Jesus does not cleanse us of all sin. 1 John 1:8 read in the negative. There is a narrow path to walk (encompassed in Matt 5-7). Those who walk it are on the narrow path, but there are many who do not. Speaking to his disciples Jesus said "if you obey my message, you will be a wise man, otherwise your end will be destruction". Something to consider.

@RobertMclaren68 No. In faith before God (which changes the choices we make and the actions that follow). I'm still not sure I can fully articulate it, but let me ask you. What servant of God is in charge of his household?

@danielbu2611 When we believe the gospel then we immediately become God's children and joint heirs with Christ of the everlasting covenant. We are no longer servants but His children with eternal life. We are being obedient when we believe in Jesus righteousness alone to justify us before God for the just shall live by faith. The narrow way is exclusively trusting in Jesus finished redemptive work on the cross and not looking to our own performance. Of course we should be zealous of good works and serve Him in newness of spirit once we are saved. The Pauline epistles especially contain the fullest revelation of truth for us in the current church age so getting our doctrine from there helps avoid a lot of confusion. 🙏✝️

@RobertMclaren68 it doesn't sound like in your view that there is any way to be rejected once you are in the faith. If so, you have missed something.

If your works maintain your salvation, you're saved by works. 1 John 1:7, you're cleansed from all sin at the point of faith in Christ in the gospel. By His one offering, He cleansed us and perfected us forever (Heb 10:14, Eph 5:25-27). Jesus IS the narrow gate. In a world full of a million paths that all end in hell, there is only one path to eternal life, Jesus Christ (John 14:6). He is the narrow gate we all must enter through (John 10:7, 9).

Whole world have forgiveness. This doesn't include only Christians whitch means that the whole world can accept his ways to live or parish in they own disobedience. It is Heaven or Hell. When you walking according to his Word than your sins are continuesly forgiven because you do not do them again and again, but if you do not receive God's Son than you live by the flesh and sinfull nature and you are parishing.
