I used one of the Transforphorm's GaN Cascode FET in an LLCC circuit and some how the gate Resistor keep on burning. My gate drive waveform is textbook kind. Still it burn the gate drive resistor.

What's the value of your resistance? What frequency are you driving the gate at? What is the gate capacitance?
