@@elenna3055 Before you go around telling everyone to read the Bible and getting absolutely nowhere, why don’t you read The God Delusion first. Once you can counter the reasoning in that book, maybe then you can convert someone. Even then, you’re not going to convert gay people by telling us we’re going to hell. If there was a god, and that god wanted to send me to hell because I like men instead of women, then that god has an arbitrary double standard - other people are allowed to do it, but not me. And if you do some research into the history of your religion, you’d learn that homosexuality hasn’t always been seen as sinful in the first place. And even if you don’t feel like doing the research and learning needed to be able to speak on this subject without embarrassing yourself, it doesn’t take a genius to see the contradiction in the idea that god is loving and benevolent, but then condemns people to only be capable of a kind of love deemed intolerable *for no reason at all.*

The question: Around your age, is it easy to talk about your sexuality? And when the teen answered yes, you have no idea how amazing that sounds. When I was a teen, a lot of lgbtqia+ people can't even share who they really are to close friends because of fear. It's good to see that younger people now have more room to express and discover themselves.

I heard that, and I will say, it's true, for the most part. But always remember: people are raised by other people, not the generation they're in. For example, the people in LA or wherever they filmed this are very open and accepting because that's how they are there. But, the people in my hometown aren't exactly on the same level. This all goes to say: You aren't inclusive because of your age group or the generation you were born in, people generally have and develop those specific traits because of the influences they were brought up on.(Coming to you by a 16 y/o bi guy :)

THE MILLION-DOLLAR QUESTION: Will you go to Heaven when you die? Have you lied, stolen, used God’s name in vain, or lusted (which Jesus said was adultery, Mt. 5:28)? If so, God sees you as a liar, thief, blasphemer, and adulterer at heart. If you die in your sins, you will end up in a terrible place called Hell. But there's good news. Though we broke God's Law, Jesus paid the fine by dying on the cross: "God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life" (Jn. 3:16). Then Jesus rose from the dead and was seen by hundreds of eyewitnesses. He fulfilled all the prophecies of the promised Savior. Please, today, repent and trust Jesus, and God will forgive you and grant you the gift of eternal life (Eph. 2:8,9). Then, to show your gratitude, read the Bible daily and obey it, join a Christian church, and be baptized. Visit NeedGod.com and LivingWaters.com

THIS ^ because as a teen I thought I was straight. I finally realized I liked women when I was like 21ish. I identified as bi for many years, and in the past year or two I've realized I like women way more than men, and at almost 27 I don't wanna label myself as lesbian, bi or pan, so I just say I'm super gay (level 22 perhaps like that last guy 😂) and never in a million years would I have known I'd be this person as a teenager. I thought I was a god damn ally 😂 sexuality can be ever fluctuating, or you can meet the right person/people that make your feelings change; or as a teenager you are maybe not in the right environment for you to realize your true self. And I'm not saying this is the case for all, many of these people will still identify as straight in 5 years, but I bet many will not and even people that said they were in the LGBTQ+ community already may have switched labels or realized new things about themselves. I would LOVE to see this!!

@Mike Goodwalk that's what i see too (and I am a lesbian). I'm over 30 so I've seen just how drastically perceptions of the gay community has changed in the last 15 years, not all of it is good. Gay is definitely seen as trendy now.

I find it very attractive when guys are comfortable saying that they are not completely straight and would be open to exploring their sexuality. Like yassssss I love it when guys aren’t afraid that they won’t be seen as “manly enough” and are just themselves.

The amount of people who said they were unlabeled was reassuring- I always sort of feel pressured to decide and to label myself even though I just don’t know yet but seeing people my age be content with not knowing felt good.
@Javii1
@Javii1 2 жыл бұрын
Absolutely. there's no rush or necessity for you to chose a label. You have plenty of time to figure out what you feel most identifies you, and if you don't, that's okay too.
@floreya67
@floreya67 2 жыл бұрын
You never have to label if you don't feel comfortable with it! If these are people your age, I'm probably about 10 years older, but we're not all sure either, it doesn't matter :D just follow your heart.

It's so weird to me how many people have a problem with labels. I feel that it would only be a problem if you couldn't change your label. There are plenty of people who identify as straight, get in heterosexual relationships and even marriages, only to later figure out that they are gay. They then move on as an openly gay person...and there's nothing wrong with either label, or any label in between. Just my thoughts on the matter.
