Jese Joon Hmmm.. I dont really know why girls do it (or guys). I guess it is partly insecurity, being young, not knowing better, and not knowing how to handle or express anger and emotions. The problem with most relationships is communication, and often times GIRLS HAVE ALOT OF PROBLEMS communicating how they really feel or being more openly expressive. That's just really the problem and i guess it is the same for guys. So next time, this issue or something like this is happening (that your partner is giving you the silent treatment), call her/him out on it. And tell her, PLEASE STOP BEING SO CHILDISH AND IF YOU WISH FOR THIS RELATIONSHIP TO GROW, let's sit down and talk it out like adults. Let's just lay it out on the table and say what's wrong or what we dont appreciate the other doing. It's very easy to get angry about things especially when we are so close minded into our OWN opinion and feelings and end up disregarding or acknowledging how the OTHER person is feeling. Just call her/him out, honestly and respectfully and say LETS TALK.. And if he/shedoesnt agree, then CALL THEM OUT ON IT AGAIN and say it is extremely immature and childish what you are doing and if you cant speak to me about little things then IDK what we are going to do about the BIG things. And if they still refuse, then its time to find someone who better listens to you and takes your feelings into account. (that goes both ways, sometimes we can only learn through experience). I think you should just ask her (personally), but I have friends who would just expect you to know what you did if you even did anything.
