That’s actually the storyline that got me back into watching the WWF. Of course as a young kid, me and my two brothers all watched the Fed, they had all our favorites, Hogan, Savage, Warrior, Piper, etc., and I remember being terrified of The Undertaker, mainly because of my older brother, as he was incredibly creative and made up a story that he was actually a real undertaker from the 1800s old west who was hanged for a crime he didn’t commit, but came back to life to seek revenge on those who had wronged him. Of course being a dumb kid, I believed him so I was scared of Taker. Then we switched to WCW when all our favorites jumped ship and that company got red hot with the nWo storyline. Then the rumors got out that The Undertaker had a brother named Kane, who everyone thought was dead but was actually alive, and coming to the WWF to seek revenge on his brother. I’ll never forget watching Bad Blood 1997 live at my best friend’s house, the debut of Kane. As a 10 year old boy, it doesn’t get any better than that, it’s like a comic book brought to life.

I miss him as Issac yankem and fake diesel in wwe and other gimmicks in other wrestling and then in 1997 Glenn Jacobs became Kane which was incredible and he's long hair was real and he weared a mask until he unmask in 2003.

Hell in a Cell cage is a combination of the steel cage that was used back in the old Memphis territory that surrounded the whole ringside area instead of just the ring and the war games cage that had a roof on it. A magnificent Cornette creation. I miss when HIAC matches actually meant something and were good.

this was a legendary storyline, I can vividly remember Undertaker's expression when Kane appeared, never seen him that surprised, I'm not going to say scared LOL but that was a legendary moment on WWE TV 11/7/22

rewatching old wrestling and just got to the kane storyline. that was probably the best thing ever to happen for glenn. isaac yankem was really stupid and he never would have gone anywhere with it.
