Erin, read the Gospel of John, the fourth book in the New Testament. Reread it. Then, maybe, go back to the first three Gospels, or maybe read the Acts of the Apostles, the fifth book in the New Testament. Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God. Read it, listen to it, whatever you do, take it in. You might also want to read, "Mere Christianity," by C.S. Lewis, and "The Everlasting Man," by G.K. Chesterton.
