Relinquishing control can be scary, specially if you have bad experiences working with others (whole other story). But working on your own can teach you where your limitations are. Start small and build up your skills and ambition

Well you never actually relinquish control. I just allow people to help and collaborate. Ultimately you have the deciding factor on the goal decisions. And yes, we’ve all had bad experiences, but finding the right people and building the right team helps you avoid experiences happening again.

Me: What the heck is a "Totalitarian"? Appreciate the definition so I didn't have to pause and look it up. I know nothing of the film industry but what your saying makes perfect sense and applies for any business. Once your business starts growing a one-man band just won't cut it anymore. It's real good advice. The reenactment brought it home. Lol
