Honestly, ive had my RC lift kit for almost 6 months and i love it. No complaints, no knocking, ride like "stock", rides like a truck (as it should). Its great in my opinion. Rides smooth, no bounce. I dont do really any offroading but ill take it to the beach every now and then and rip it around. Nothing crazy. Its my daily. But again no complaints. Would 100% suggest this lift kit to people. Great Video tho! Very informative and glad you put your perspective on the review and not based on what everyone else says.

Do you feel any vibrations, bumps on the road? My truck has 24s on 305/35 low profile tires and I gotta tell you, IT SUCKS! Every little hole rocks my truck around and 75-80 mph you feel that shaking in the steering wheel. So I just decided to go for it and change everything, I’m going off-road. Just placed an order for 4play 4p08s 22x10 on nitto grappler g2 35x12.5, will do the bds or rc lift kit 6in, hopefully that will feel completely different from the crappy set up I have now.

@@inspiredenergy0831 Honestly no it rides amazing. I dont do a lot of Off-Roading but when i do its great. I will say you will feel a little vibration going 85+ depending on the road. But i can still take the truck like 95 and not be to worried or feel like everything is about to fall apart. Only component in my opinion that makes BDS better is the shocks. Those Fox shocks work wonders. But you can easiky order the shocks separately and throw them on the RC Kit. Saves money.

Three years too late by the looks of it, ugh! Great video man, super glad you like the ride quality of that 6" lift. I'm rolling a 17' F150 and went with their new recommended "leveling" setup, with N3 Shock/Struts in the front and the newest V2's in the rear & while the Ride Height is exactly what I wanted, the Ride Quality is absolutely garbage.... :( I live WAY up in the mountains and spend 80% of my time offroad and on some of the worst roads & I'm getting absolutely wrecked inside the cab.

I put my rc lift on couple months ago with 22 in dub wheels and 35 nitto tires. Love it ! Rides great! No issues !

I just installed the Vertex lift on my 2017 SuperCrew with Fuel 20x10 -19 and 35x13.50’s...The truck is PHENOMENAL!!!! I had to play with tire pressure and coil over settings, but running on setting 5 and 40 psi, it rides BETTER than a Raptor or TRX. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Vertex lift to anyone who is on the line about it. Do NOT waste your money just to get Dirt Logic or BDS! RC’s Vertex will out perform them all!!

Thanks for the review. Just got the same you got for my 2010 Tundra. Waiting to install it. Also got Black Rhino Armory wheels with 6mm offset. So they won’t stick out as much and big (bigger than 35s) 305/70R18 Mikey’s. So the ride quality should not degrade too much. Can’t wait to install it. I’m soooo glad your having positive experience with it. I got the same shocks you got. Thanks man. Keep it up.

I love it! I just placed an order for some 22x10 on 35x12.5 and I was going crazy on the type suspension lift I need or want. Been going back and forth between BDS and RC and 4 vs 6 in. Think I’ll go with BDS and 6 in. Your video kicked ass!!

I have a 3 inch RC lift I installed on my 2018 F-150 back in December and honestly it rides and handles sooo much nicer then it did stock. I think I had some of my factory components going bad sadly at 122,000. The month or two before I installed my lift kit my stock ride was really not smooth at all going over bumps and dips and didn't trac great either. Once I installed the kit and replaced a few of the parts and waaay better ride over bumps and handles really good now

I don’t remember off the top of my head what it is, I made a video over it a while back though over what it is. No issues with drive thrus. I don’t take it to a car wash, it might fit in some but I haven’t done that, I just powerwash it myself. I park in a shed with a 13 foot door so I don’t have issues with that, but never been in a parking garage or a regular sized garage door.

The lift doesn’t change your mpg. The tires will though. I got 18 mpg before new tires, now I get 13 mpg with the bigger tires

The spacer for the front is a normal leveling lift, not cheaper, just a shorter lift.

You can do like I did and get the basic 6 kit just to get the truck lifted. Save $$ and get the vertex later. 100 % worth it

Thanks. It was about $1,000 for install cost and alignment. That price also includes on lift, kicker braces, and the traction bars.

Unless you jump the truck over things you probably don't want to jump things over anyway the Rough Country will be just fine. You'll be able to do mild off-road driving. It's a lower price point but will be just fine for a daily driver.

I got the best thay had in the 6" rc coil over setup fully adjustable. Love it but I'm ripping it all out and going all in on a 12" FTS SET UP ITS $ 14.000 the hole build is $ 50, 583.im guessing it will drive awesome 16 rock lights wheel light rings ,all everything powder coated,body guard front and rear bumpers everything Color matched ridged light pods and light bars and monster hooks 24/14 with 38/14.50 American force with custom Cap king floating center caps basically I'm doing everything 2015 f150.

@@brap9325 I guess it depends on how long you've had ur truck and it's use, so spacers will work just fine... But if your stock shocks/struts have been used & abused, I'd upgrade them to the coilovers... Just my $0.02 Buddy...

It’s the “offset” of the wheel. In this case, I believe he said he’s got the -44 offset. I have -18 offset on my rig so tires set out a little less than half of what his do. Hope that helps!

You were going in circles answering how it rides on the bigger wheels. Sounds like you just live on shitty roads, but I also had RC before and it rode like shit. I think it’s just the fact of it being a lower level lift. That’s plenty of tire, the ride shouldn’t be bad.
