Witt Jr. Is the best Royals player since George Brett! I have a feeling he will become the best all time player for them. I love the fact he decided to stay a Royal for life! Keep training with Bobby Strupe. He does wonders for Mahomes.

Wow, how far he's come. This video reminded me when I, along with other fans, were clamoring for Bobby to play 3rd base instead of SS because he was making some errors at SS. ** facepalm ** But he played 3rd base well! I forgot all about that time. The childhood videos are awesome and this was a very good video, well done and thank you for sharing this. Now in the ALDS, thanks to his 2 RBIs while sweeping Orioles. 3 total runs in those 2 games. Now tied 1-1 with the Yanks coming back to KC. He hasn't produced any offense against the Yanks yet. But hopefully being at home the next two games he can get it going. No matter what, he and the rest of the younger Royals are getting valuable experience. Salvy Perez helped us take Game 2 in the Bronx, what a good teammate to have for the young Royals, Perez is a champion and World Series MVP. Can the Royals make it to the ALCS??? I'm excited for the game tonight!

It was close but before the All-Star game Henderson led MLB in Wins Above Replacement (WAR), but Witt was crushing it in his speed and quality of contact. Henderson did have more Home Runs. It was def close, but Witt Jr just finished July with a crazy .489 batting average. BTW that is the 4th highest batting average over 80 PA in any month since 1931! Intrestingly enough the 3rd highest was a .494 in 1980 by none other than George Brett.
