I have fiber optic for my home but I got Starlink for my hunting cabin and RV. I’m very happy with it. I’ve had no problems playing competitive games using Starlink at my cabin or RV. Elon Musk is frickin awesome 👍🏽

I share your disappointment with CenturyLink - their internet speeds have been consistently poor for years. Greets from germany, i have the Same Problem. I live in a Trailer Park and my Internet sucks, i have 2mbits/sec and Pay 50€. I order starlink and hope so IT is better.

It will but you wont get the best of your bandwidth ! I think open areas are best but the connection to the satellite is really long! !

@@New777World I ended up getting Starlink shortly after commenting and have had it for a month now. I've had basically 0 issues gaming and has been far superior to my verizon hotspot. My ping went from 70-80 down to 30-50. Pretty much 0 lag, if there ever was any it fixed itself very quickly and was stable. Just downloaded a game on steam today and topped out at 265Mbps and generally stayed above 140 for most of it.

It's easier smooth or nothing. I see now how spoiled i was living in a normal town. Moving to the sticks has it's ups n downs i guess n no Internet is definitely on the down side. Hopefully phone booster n Verizon service will do better.

Yeah this great I had bad Wi-Fi And gaming suck but with STARLINK I get 30 ping with lab cable is amazing with a hotspot was only 70 to 80 ping

I have ziply fiber used to be frontier it sucks.. internets down and gonna be out for about 2 weeks before anyone comes and fixes it. Seriously considering starlink heard good things about it. Worst part about ziply fiber is their technical supports out of India and very frustrating

Looks pretty laggy to me, I ain’t got access too fiber optics but I get better ping than that with my T-Mobile 5g internet ngl, I wanna try star link out but idk I get like 40 ping in game and it doesn’t lag that bad compared to yours so idk…

thats just his pc, i lag alot and get arouund 600 ping, its quite different and you teleport back(unless thats just my wifi),from what i can see its a frame drop

@@Us1ah ping is your latency meaning that’s how long it takes to register anythibg going on in your game basically, that’s 100% lag I don’t even needa watch the video over to see tbh sorry man not tryna be uptight just lyk, I would recommend calling T-Mobile and asking for the new arkyaian gateway maybe watch some videos on it first and you’ll be chilling

i also have century link, my speeds top at 1.5 mbps and crash all the way down to 500kbps when in laws come home on the weekend. shits rough i haven't gamed online in forever, fall guys doesn't count lol
