Just picked mine up today and its easily the best and most fun I’ve ever had in a car. Also got the trim as titanium bronze which makes the car standout more. One thing about that trim: a) console where shifter is is in piano black vs wood and 2) no crystal on seat adjustment levers.

Amaaaaaazzing design. Modern, relaxed atmosphere, not overdone with the lights. No jukebox like the mercedes eqs. for the BMW designer : I take my hat of sir!

Thank you for the review. The xDrive40 does not have the air suspension that is included with the xDrive50. I am interested how big of a difference in handling does this make on this car? Also disappointed that BMW includes a battery capacity smaller than the iX3 with the xDrive40! should have been 10KW bigger on the entry level!

Don't measure electricity usage downhill. At 1% (1:95 slope) at 200 km/h, you are dropping 0.55 m/s. with a 2500 kg car that's about 13 kW error in your measurement.
