Can't beat good customer service!! I have Nikon's (also have a lifetime warranty). Accidently dropped them from the tree stand one time, told them what happened, sent them back and they sent me a new pair. Absolutely LOVE companies that stand behind their products!

Gotta love Vortex! I have Vortex binos and although you pay a little more upfront, you can rest assured that they will stand behind their product(s) and they take care of their customers and I love that. Glad you had a quick outcome. 👍🏼

That really speaks highly of the company!! I remember the days of the old Bushnell scopes, Tasco scopes and I think Simons as well. If they fogged up, crosshairs broke, no question asked return to repair or replace. But like I said that was many, many years ago. Now days you have to have registered, not a big problem, and you have to have the original receipt. The original receipt tends to be a problem because who keeps receipts!! I guess people who try to beat the IRS maybe. LOL Glad you were able to get a new set. Thanks for sharing. Juddie - J & J TOA

That’s why I’m a vortex optics guy for life now, I’ve sent 2 items back that were operator induced faults and they replaced them no questions asked!!!

I am am sold on Vortex for their rifle scopes. I have a Vortex Crossfire II 4-12x44 that’s very clear and crisp and a Strike Eagle 1-8x24 in FDE and I used them both and took the 🦌 with one shot each. Awesome warranty, so glad to hear that what they advertised was true.
